Post The joy of pranks
Well, I just rediscovered the joy of cmd pranks and I was woundering if people wanted to share their tips and tricks for diffrent computer pranks.
And nothing that seriously messes up a computer
And remember to state what the diffrent scripts/things do.

Code:
MsgBox "Nowhere to put your coffee? We can solve that!",64,"Coffee"
Set oWMP = CreateObject("WMPlayer.OCX.7" )
Set colCDROMs = oWMP.cdromCollection

While(true)
Randomize
Upperlimit = colCDROMs.Count - 1
Lowerlimit = 0
Rom=Int((upperlimit - lowerlimit + 1)*Rnd() + lowerlimit)
colCDROMs.Item(Rom).Eject
Wend

if you put that into a .vbs file it will make your CDROMs go in and out in randomly.

Or the classic:
Code:
shutdown -i -s

To shutdown your (or others computers). Note: This goes to the cmd.

And for the final two, that goes into a .cmd or a .bat

Code:
:loopish
net send * Here Have a Cookie
goto loopish

Nothing to serious but still fun to do at LANs and unprotected networks

Code:
@echo off
title Deleting files
color 17
cd C:\Windows\system32
:LOOP
dir
ping -n %1 127.0.0.1 > NUL 2>&1
GOTO LOOP

that looks pritty serious for those without much computer know how.
(And have it load @boot it could be hilarious)

Edit: Forgot the old "SS the Desktop" and then add it as background and then remove/hide some files there to make people annoyed when a "file" doesn't work.

Actualy, you don't have to be near their computer. It's fairly easy to create aslong as their on the same network.

That's a horrid code. If you're sitting at a LAN you'll probably bring down the whole network and that usually results in getting kicked out.

Pranks in general are fun, but when you abuse them is when you stoop to a lower level.. Doing it to one person, a friend or your mother maybe.. fine, but hundreds or just masses of people is not cool :P

"Here Have a Cookie!"
Huh? I would rather you say something on the lines of:

Wireless Users - Please report to the service station to receive a copy of the WPA key that will go into affect in 1 hour. This is mandatory, without this key you will be locked out of our network.
Wired Users - Also, please report to the service station. Ask for the network security credential, you will need this to access our network.

Stupid school blocked Net send on our lab computers :| I found a way to work but it requires enabling it individually on all the computers (So much for the surprise) and they got some thing that resets all changes at boot :(
