Most people will play classes which they like and it doesn't matter if they are the best in game or not. I'm not saying to make a class SOOOO MUCH different/and stronger then other 2(or how many gonna be).
Things in life also don't turn the best always so if you are gonna play page for example,you might have some better things then a mage/scout. You might not be as strong as they are in the begining of your journey,it might take more time but you will rise,you will have a goal always infront of your eyes.
Would be good if developers change a bit of gameplay from time to time.
This should CONNECT with game story.
Phobos lost many,many good warriors in a battle againts rebels who are still fighting to be not over his dominion. Apprentices have lost some of their magic power and they are looking for volunteers to go and restore it.
In this case,there should be a quest , and developers(MYTH) should take aways some spell of a mage(apprentices-example some attack spell).
Quest should contain a RUNE stone for mages but they couldn't get a spell back,or they could RESTORE it with rune stone which they obtained on quest.
Game balancing could be done TROUGH the story,that's my point here.
It would be stupid to just import some new spells and shit like that without anything before.
Spells just come and go? Silly imo. MMORPG should contains this
