Post Phobos client for MAC
I've searched for this proposal, but I saw none
Since lots of macintosh users doesnt play some games becouse theres no client for it, i think this would be a great idea to attract some players and it would also fit for me. I do prefer on playing on my mac than on my windows.
I know theres some alternative ways to play using windows client but just quite few users know/use it to play.

If implemented, i can also help on testing Phobos for iOS :king:

The use of virtual machines such as VM FusionWare or Parallels Desktop works quite well :)

Porting software to other platforms can be a daunting task, depending specially of the choice of programming language and if the code was not planned, from day 1, to support multiple platforms.

Thus, being this game developed by a small team of people on their free time, and considering the huge amount of programming tasks that have yet to be finished so the game can reach yet it's initial release, I have to agree that porting this game to Mac OS X, Linux, Dos, Android, iOS and other operating systems is not a prioritary task, specially when we have virtual machines, technologies such as Boot Camp, etc.

This being said I have no knowledge of the programming language of choice and the software engineering decisions the team took.
