Post Item inscription
Hello!

Playing games like these I always feel items have more of a... kind of personal more important feeling rather than other games that use BOP or BOE and I love that items have real history!

My proposal is that items may be inscribed! This would give items a real amazing history passed down over the years and proof of who their owners were or how they was obtained!

You would be able to write anything you wanted and it would time stamp it and put the characters name so it could be proved who had wrote it, it could however be overwritten if wanted too, you may need to take it to a blacksmith to get it inscribed and re-inscribed?

You see a sword.
Attack: 9 - 21 Defence: 13 - 16
It weights 34 oz.
It has been inscribed;
"Whatever you wanted here"
Inscribed on xx/xx/xxxx for xxxx.

Like I said this could give items real history and make some even more valuable than others!

It's a nice idea. Maybe it could be implemented as a quest where the reward (or atleast one of them) is to get an inscription in one item.

Nice idea, even now I am thinking of stupid things to inscribe on a sword.
